Meet the Doctor

Dr. Craig Puchalsky attended Hofstra University and the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Dentistry, graduating both at the top of his class with distinguished honors. During his dental education, he did extensive research in periodontal (gum) disease treatments, and received many distinctions and publications. After dental school, he attended a post graduate residency at the prestigious Roswell Park Memorial Hospital in Buffalo.

On January 2, 1991, Dr. Puchalsky opened his private dental practice in Smithville, New Jersey. Seven years later, he moved his practice across the parking lot to a new State of the Art facility, which it now resides.

The office emphasis has always been patient based, towards achieving dental excellence, in a comfortable relaxed atmosphere. Dr. Puchalsky has been recognized for his numerous continuing education achievements in Orthodontics, Implants, Cosmetic Dentistry, TMJ Treatment and Pain Management, just to name a few. He has been give masters level in the Academy of General Dentistry and Fellow in the International Association of Orthodontics. This distinction has been awarded to less than 1% of Dentists. He is also a member of the American Dental Association; and Oral and Maxillofacial Pain Association.

Outside of his dental career, Dr. Puchalsky enjoys quiet times with family, friends and pets; numerous sporting activities and involvement in local community activities and charities.
